Old stairs removed, elegant stairs added with a Sydney Peak stone.
There was no access except driveway.
New stairs and walkway added with Pennsylvania Bluestone.
Entry had awkward steps with a small landing,
and brick was dated. Pergola was very low and made entry feel uncomfortable.
Pergola and steps removed, new Sydney Peak steps and landing added. New pergola with proper height and detail added.Sydney Peak veneer added to risers and walls.
Same entry as above, old brick dominated the entry.
Sydney Peak veneer added.
Backyard wasn't used much; BBQ and fire pit in awkward place.
Space is organized and outdoor "rooms" are defined, allowing room for furniture and separate activities. A highly functional BBQ and a water feature/fire pit, along with new pavers and planting, help the owners enjoy outdoor living.
Dead space.
New concrete deck, fire pit, seatwall and grass strip for the dogs.

Another unusable backyard with railroad tie walls.
In-ground jacuzzi with seatwalls added, using the corner of the property. Firepit and seatwall added near patio for optional places to hang out.
